It comprises a diverse mix of enterprises across metropolitan, regional and remote areas, with activities spanning three main occupational areas: Road Transport, Logistics and Stevedoring. The T&L industry employs more than 598,000 people, with the workforce projected to grow by 9.1% over the next decade.
