Workforce Plans set out the workforce development challenges and opportunities facing the industry and serve as a roadmap for the future by identifying what employers, unions, the national skills system and governments need to do to build an agile, highly productive and resilient workforce.
To ensure we are covering the unique workforce needs of each industry, we have developed four separate Workforce Plans for Maritime, Transport and Logistics, Rail and Aviation.
These draft Plans are the result of extensive stakeholder engagement. They are supported by both deep research and guided by the leadership of each industry’s Strategic Workforce Planning Committee.
